- April 18, 6-8 pm
- Athletes RSVP by April 4 so that we can advertise who will be attending
- PIKE wil provide snow fencing (the big orange fences that are really tall) around the entire property so that we can monitor and make sure that everyone who is there has paid
- also PIKE will have risk there so we will be able to keep it a sober event!
- PIKE will also provide a tent in the SE corner of the parking lot
- I will have my committee contact tent companies and figure out an agreement so that we can use those as for our rain plan
- As far as games go we want to keep it simple (cornhole, frisbee, have a basketball, football, etc)
